IQ in IT celebrates its Green Mark Level 3 goal being reached! Many thanks to our dedicated team and partners who have walked this journey with us. Your unwavering support and shared vision have been integral in achieving this milestone. We would be remiss not to mention the importance of collaborations, like the one with Citizen Zoo, which has been pivotal in our sustainability initiatives. 

Moreover, just like our involvement in promoting technology careers and apprenticeships such as the careers fair at Chessington School, we wish to inspire the next generation. We want them to see the intersection of technology and sustainability as a viable, rewarding, and crucial career path. Our team, many of whom started as apprentices, stand as testament to the myriad pathways into the tech sector. Whether through traditional education or alternative routes like apprenticeships, there’s a place for every passionate individual in this industry. 

A special mention to all the young tech enthusiasts we’ve engaged with – your curiosity and drive are the fuel that propels us forward. To all the young women we met and spoke with, know that the tech world needs you. Your unique perspectives and skills are invaluable. Let nothing and no one hold you back from pursuing your tech dreams.
